Leadership, Volunteerism & Capacity Building
A healthy, vibrant community depends on building strong leaders. United Way
invests in developing inclusive leaders, especially youth and those from marginalized
communities, while supporting volunteerism and strengthening the non-profit
sector. By equipping people and organizations with the skills, tools, and partnerships
they need, we build a more resilient and effective network of community support.
