The Impact
YWCA Cambridge reached 1,585 youth through
programs focused on leadership, belonging, and
well-being, with participants reporting gains in
communication (86%), self-esteem (82%),
resilience (76%), critical thinking (84%), and
connectedness (85%).
94% of youth diverted from emergency
shelters to family or friends did not return
