Endowment Funds
United Way Waterloo Region has established endowment funds with the
Waterloo Region Community Foundation. These funds provide a consistent
revenue source because the original gift is never spent - it remains intact as a
legacy forever.
The Forever Fund
Forever Fund grants, generated by an endowment fund, are used to support programs and
initiatives within Waterloo Region. In 2025/2026, $170,700 was allocated as follows:

The Tomorrow Fund
The Tomorrow Fund was established to support the needs of the Cambridge and North
Dumfries communities. The fund addresses challenges through new or innovative programs
