United Way Waterloo Region and the Waterloo
Regional Labour Council (WRLC) share a long
history of working together to build a stronger,
more equitable community. Our partnership is
rooted in common values of solidarity, dignity,
and a commitment to improving the lives of
working people and their families.

ways. The WRLC's Annual
Labour Day Picnic has
become a longstanding
community tradition, with
proceeds from the event
donated to United Way
Waterloo Region to help
strengthen local programs
and services.
